Former U.S. Rep. Joseph M. McDade is scheduled to stand trial Feb. 6 on a charge he exposed himself to two women on a Florida beach last January.  Mr. McDade, 76, who lives in Fairfax, Va., and suffers from Parkinson’s disease, masturbated publicly in front of two women on a Sanibel beach Jan. 18, following one woman from the beach to an outdoor shower near her hotel’s pool, according to court records.  Continue reading.
